We want you to feel secure when purchasing Blueprints of Success. Please read our return policy below:

Eligibility

• Applies only to physical books (hardcover and paperback).
• Digital products (eBook, Audiobook, KPI downloads) are non-refundable.

Timeframe

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Requests after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Condition

• Books must be returned unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.
• Returns showing wear, writing, or damage will be declined.

Process

• Email us at info@gplusf.com with your order number and reason for return.
• If approved, ship the book(s) back to the address provided.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
• We will send a replacement at no cost.
